Our Team
Alison is the Principal Lawyer and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with extensive experience in conducting files, Court advocacy, providing advice and offering resources to enable clients to resolve their family law matter with the least expense and stress.
Alison graduated from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Law (2006) and a Bachelor of Arts (1991). Prior to commencing her law degree, Alison held senior administrative positions as well as teaching English in Osaka, Japan.
Outside of work, Alison is a keen gardener and a mad cricket fan, and in summer, can be seen barracking for the Renegades.
Adam is the Practice Manager and is often the first point of contact for clients who are looking for information and assistance. Adam will assist with liaising with the Principal Lawyer in relation to the conduct of a matter including general enquiries, making bookings and appointments, and account queries.
Adam is a keen supporter of the NZ All Blacks Rugby team, enjoys his car racing and his minature war games (toy solders).
Morgan commenced working at Trapski Family Law in August 2015 after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Deakin University and completing Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law in 2015. Morgan was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria to practise as an Australian Lawyer in July 2015.
Morgan is committed to assisting clients to achieve the best possible outcome in their family law matter, often during the most difficult time of their lives. Whilst Morgan is particularly interested in property matters, she has experience in a variety of family law matters including negotiating property settlements and parenting arrangements, attending mediation and regularly appearing in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys a happy and busy lifestyle. During summer Morgan regularly goes camping and wakeboarding at the Murray River and likes to take her two dogs to the beach.
Stacey commenced working at Trapski Family Law in 2019 and is now a Senior Lawyer. She graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Law and completed her Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law in 2018. Stacey was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer in April 2019.
Stacey has experience in all areas of family law and is passionate about assisting clients to achieve the best possible outcome to finalise their matter. Stacey has a particular interest in parenting matters and dealing with them in a common sense and pragmatic approach.
In her spare time, Stacey enjoys reading and travelling and has a passion for cooking.
Jacob started with Trapski Family Law in January 2021 where he worked as a paralegal until his admission as an Australian Lawyer in August 2023. Jacob graduated from Deakin University in Geelong with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts in 2022 and completed his Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen in early 2023.
Jacob draws upon his passion and experience in family law to work with clients with the view of achieving the best possible resolution to their matters. He has an interest in parenting and property matters and prides himself on bringing a compassionate, personable and common-sense approach to his work.
In his spare time, Jacob is a keen follower of cricket and a passionate Sydney Swans fan. He enjoys going out for dinner and seeing live music.
Jessica commenced working at Trapski Family Law in June 2022. Jessica graduated from her Bachelor of Law at La Trobe University in 2019 and completed her Practice Legal Training at the College of Law in 2022. Jessica was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria to practice as an Australian Lawyer in August 2022.
Jessica enjoys assisting new and existing clients with any queries and concerns that they may have. Jessica has always been passionate about family law and is eager to build on her legal skills by working alongside the knowledgeable and experienced staff at Trapski Family Law.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time at the beach, is an avid reader and enjoys going out for brunches and dinners with her friends and family.
Kiri joined Trapski Family Law as a Legal Assistant in June 2024 after relocating from Auckland, New Zealand in 2023. Kiri brings to her role extensive experience from working in the legal industry in New Zealand as a highly valued team member.
Outside of work, Kiri enjoys long drives, exploring new places, listening to music and spending quality time with her family.
